Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 

All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product launches, holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping

 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Fancipance Fluff is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Fancipance Fluff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Warm Weather Shipping

 

Our body butters, body creams, and other handcrafted products may soften or melt during transit in hot weather. While this may affect the texture, it does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Please allow melted products to cool and solidify at room temperature before use. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products affected by heat during shipping.

 

Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
